Josh has been working in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer since 2002. Specializing in weight loss and sports enhancement, he has a deep passion for helping people achieve their goals. Josh is currently an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, as well as an HKC (Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification) certified kettlebell instructor. Over the years his clients have ranged from competitive collegiate athletes, models, and musicians, to stay-home moms and business professionals, just to name a few. Josh’s philosophy teaches that looking good from exercise is a side-effect of being healthy. Often individuals place too much emphasis on their looks, while neglecting their health— be it inner health, spiritual health or mental health. adamAdam has a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. His philosophy incorporates using specifically designed fitness protocols that cater to each client’s specific needs. He has helped dozens of clients reach their athletic goals, including increasing strength, losing weight and achieving a desired physique. Adam has trained in several gyms across the country, including a specialized program designed to reach out to youth struggling with weight and health issues. Clients who Adam accepts can expect an intense and highly effective program that will push them to their limits and help them reach their goals.

David is a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified instructor (HKC) who specializes in lost functionality and lost strength.

David has been involved in heath and fitness for a number of years. As a former basketball player, and currently an assistant coach, David has seen numerous injuries occur as a result of a muscle imbalance somewhere in the body. By properly training your body as a unit, with safe and proper movements, David will help you develop a stronger, more unified, and injury-free body. Specificity = Success.

After a canoeing accident that almost left David legless, he dedicated himself to helping his clients restore balance, functionality, and strength in their bodies. His philosophy is centered on a balancing mobility, stability, strength and endurance in your body. His goal for you is to take what once was a weakness, and turn it into a strength. maria-spears-fitnessMaria has been working in the health and wellness field for over 15 years. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Doula, and is currently finishing certifications and classes in Health coaching, Aromatherapy and Nutrition.

She has a vast working knowledge and experience in working with people of literally all ages and all fitness levels, ranging from kids, expectant mothers, athletes, musicians and business professionals on the road, as well as the elderly; with goals ranging from weight loss and over-all better health to prepping for competitions.

Maria’s training philosophy stresses the importance of striving for excellence, while also working towards balance in life. She has a love and passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves and does this through in-home and Skype training, as well as joining forces with others in her profession and doing talks and seminars to help educate the public about the importance of proper fitness and nutrition.
